What is an AXIS Large Capacity EtO Steriliser?
The ideal solution for production processes that require medium-large volumes of sterile product and automatic in-chamber aeration.
These double-walled stainless steel cabinets are heated to 54°C and use negative pressure throughout the cycle which ensures the EtO gas residues are extracted through the exhaust pipe to the outside using the built in fan.
The 16 hour cycle includes aeration and instruments are ready to use immediately when taken from the cabinet.
Who are the AXIS large capacity sterilisers suited for?
The AXIS large capacity steriliser cabinets are ideal for processing multiple loads at once. The system uses either the same diffusion liner bag system as the smaller volume sterilisers. Goods can be loaded individually on each shelf and even added at any time during the 16-hour cycle making the cabinet a truly flexible system.
The modular shelving design allows the operator to set the height of each shelf separately allowing the steriliser capacity to be maximised.
The integrated ticket printer allows for fast logging of loads and cycle parameters including chamber pressure, temperature and elapsed time. This is useful for clients who require traceability of each load cycle.

AX-4000
The AX-4000 is the largest freestanding steriliser that we supply. It is developed for the highest demanding sites who require fast, around-the-clock access to sterile instruments.
